so it will help you to present and professional image of your business as well as you can do many more things which are not available in the personal version of your whatsapp application.

First of all you have to install the application from google play store and if you are an apple user then you can download it from apple store. you can differentiate it form normal whatsapp its logo is different form normal whatsapp. let me show you the icon:

the next feature is you can set your office hour here like you can write about all the working days timings and close timing and half day also.

2. With the help of  LABEL ORGANISE feature organise your chats. In whatsapp business you can make different different labels and to every chat you can give a label( tag) and can easily organise your chats.

you just have to go in chat section and then click on setting and you will get labels here and then you can add new labels here and can add different people here according to needs.
